John J. Rakos & Associates was incorporated in 1984. We are a consortium of independent consultants dedicated to project management training and consulting in Ottawa, Canada, but can do work internationally. Our network of consultants allow us to take on projects of any scope, independently or we can bring together as many people as required for a project.

We provide training and consulting on any aspect of project management. Although we specialize in project management training, we do extensive work in Microsoft Project training and consulting. Most projects ocurred in Ottawa, for the Federal Government, but many have been in private industry as well.
